This year’s Grand Opening Gala dinner will welcome a collaboration of leading chefs and winemakers,  including MasterChef Australia co-judge, chef and restaurateur George Calombaris, joined by Baduzzi’s Executive Chef, Ben Bayly, and his My Kitchen Rules co-host and Nourish Group’s Executive Chef, Gareth Stewart. A splendid evening to launch New Zealand's largest restaurant festival. A spectacular culinary event where guests will enjoy the best of the best.
